 MAKING A STAND AGAINST EXTINCTION

The scale of the challenges facing the planet at this current time are daunting, but it’s not too late to take action and make a difference. ‘The Alchemist’ from the Anima Mundi collection was exhibited at COP26 in November 2021 and donated to Explorers Against Extinction to support immediate need frontline projects which focus on protecting threatened species and their habitats as well as helping to empower local communities. They have successfully helped to safeguard a wide range of endangered species and at risk wild spaces in more than 20 different countries including the UK. Through the sale of original art and photography Explorers Against Extinction have been able to support multiple frontline projects, from establishing a new working dogs programme in Garamba National Park in the DRC, to equipping Forest Edge Community Rangers working to safeguard tigers in Sumatra.

Supporters include explorers Sir Ranulph Fiennes, Colonel John Blashford-Snell, Benedict Allen, Levison Wood, Pip Stewart, Charlie Boorman and Alastair Humphreys. Celebrity supporters include Dame Judi Dench, Sir Paul McCartney, Dame Helen Mirren, Stephen Fry, Richard E.
